There was increased interest from reporters in insurance protection commentary on topics like the economy, supply chain issues, and inflationary pressures on the insurance industry.

The big winners were monitoring the media cycle, identifying topics reporters were writing about, and developing storylines that tied Nationwide products/solutions/expertise/partnership announcements to those media topics. Being nimble with survey data release timing allowed us to take advantage of breaking news opportunities.
